The DWC announces that the mileage reimbursement rate for January 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009 will be 37¢ per mile. The DWC notes that the Kentucky Controller’s website has been updated to reflect this change. The Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims has just released its December 2008 issue of Kentucky EDI News. The newsletter provides information and updates relative to the Kentucky workers’ compensation EDI program. The current issue focuses primarily on first reports of injury (FROI).
